Lincoln Property Company Negotiates Five Leases for More than 49,000 Square Feet at SunTech Commerce

LAKE MARY / ORLANDO, Fla. – Lincoln Property Southeast, a full service commercial real estate firm, recently completed five lease agreements for a total of 49,566 rentable square feet at SunTech Commerce Park, 39-59 Skyline Drive in Lake Mary, which was recently sold.

Sean DuPree CCIM, Broker at Lincoln Property Company, negotiated the five leases bringing SunTech’s occupancy up on behalf of the New York Landlord DOF II Suntech, LLC, who sold the six building, 224,359 office /flex campus at the end of September.

DuPree said he brought up the percentage leased to give more value to the property for investors/ buyers while making sure certain spaces were still available for the new owner to make physical improvements that will command higher rents. DuPree has been selected to continue to represent the new owner in leasing at SunTech Commerce Park.

Recently Answer Church of Orlando leased 8,108 square feet at 45 Skyline Drive, Suite 1001.

Data Analyzers, LLC, data recovery and security experts, leased 4,588 square feet in suite 1009 at 39 Skyline Drive; Susan Ruby with Cresa Orlando represented the Tenant.

Applied Concepts, Inc., a phone skills training firm for automotive sales, service and parts, renewed its current lease for 15,338 square feet and expanded into an additional 7,025 square feet at 55 Skyline Drive, suite 2200 for a total of 22,363 square feet leased; Sarah Castor with Cresa Orlando represented the Tenant.

Microvision Technology Corporation d/b/a Logic Springs Technologies, a developer of e-business solutions, renewed its lease of suite 3051 at 43 Skyline Drive, also expanded into Suite 3001 and now leases a total of 7,757 square feet; Paul Kelly with Coughlin Commercial represented the Tenant.

Vitil Solutions, Inc. providing technical services and support for non-profit and public sector organizations renewed its lease of 6,750 square feet at 45 Skyline Drive.
