TAVARES, Fla. -- NAI Realvest recently closed on the $2,725,000 sale of 42,515 square feet of warehousing in two separate buildings including a 7,000 square foot free-standing freezer building at 200 County Road 448 in Tavares. Tavares Property Holdings, LLC, of Windermere, Fla., purchased the facility for a future business.
